2008 Fall Season:
Regular registration: $135.00 covers all fees, uniforms, and training.
Last day for online registration is August 17th.
Mail-in registrations must be postmarked on or before August 16th.
Late registrations will be accepted only if there is room on a team.
Late registration fee is $190.00.

Come join the Fountain Hills Soccer Club’s professional coaches and instructors for Summer Skills Soccer. There will be plenty of quality instruction for players of all levels, plus plenty of fun and exciting games. Register online or bring this form and payment to the first day of camp.
Come out and brush up on your skills or try dribbling for the first time. No matter what your experience level is, you’ll have a great time! This popular clinic is run by Professional Coach Mark Lincir and staff.

Four Peaks North Soccer Field
6:00 – 7:15 pm, ages 4 – 9, $XX
7:15 – 8:30 pm, ages 10 and up, $XX
There are 3 ways to register:
- Online for credit card payments. We accept Checks, Visa and Mastercard online.
- Mail in payment. (Checks made payable to FHSC.)
- Pay the first day of camp. (Checks made payable to FHSC.)
