ANNUAL AGM

February 10, 2010, 6:00pm at the FH Community Center

FHSC Annual General Meeting will be taking place Wednesday, February 10th, 6:00 p.m., at the Community Center. We would like the public to attend. We want your feedback! Come to the meeting, learn how the club is run and volunteer your ideas. At the meeting FHSC board will also be electing new board members. All board positions are open for election and there are currently two board positions vacant at this time: Director of Concessions and Communications Coordinator. The Director of Concessions will lead the club’s efforts to raise additional funds by running the concession stand during the soccer season. Considering this is a position with multiple responsibilities, it can be a shared position between 2 volunteers. It is a voting position on the board. The Communications Coordinator submits articles to the FH Times and distributes the flyers to the schools. Past board members will be available to assist and support new volunteers. Registration is now open for Spring Break Camp and Spring Season!

FHSC is excited to announce our 2 spring programs!

Our spring season will kick off our 6 week season on February 13 and will continue through April 4, with the 2 weekends of spring break off! If you are interested, please sign up. The cost is $25. This is open to ALL players!

Our Spgin Break Camp will be held March 15-19. Kicks Kids will be hosting our camp this year. The times are 8:30 - 10:00 for ages 4-8, and 10:30 - 12:30 for ages 9-14. The costs are $45 for ages 4-8 and $55 for ages 9-14.

FHSC is a private, not for profit organization operated by parents and volunteers.

We are not part of out town's Parks and Recreation Department. Our coaches are also volunteers and may or may not have any soccer experience. We do have a professional staff that provides the training sessions  for the players during the Fall skills clinics and also conduct special training clinics for team coaches. Please consider volunteering some of your time and help coach or manage your child's team.

Unless otherwise posted, the FHSC Board of Directors meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Palo Verde room at Golden Eagle Park. Meetings are open to all FHSC members. If you'd like to know more about our club's operation or would like to help, please come to one of the meetings or browse thru the pages of this website. We are always open to new ideas.
