ANNUAL AGM
February 10, 2010, 6:00pm at the FH Community Center
FHSC Annual General Meeting will be taking place Wednesday, February 10th, 6:00 p.m., at the Community Center. We would like the public to attend. We want your feedback! Come to the meeting, learn how the club is run and volunteer your ideas. At the meeting FHSC board will also be electing new board members. All board positions are open for election and there are currently two board positions vacant at this time: Director of Concessions and Communications Coordinator. The Director of Concessions will lead the club’s efforts to raise additional funds by running the concession stand during the soccer season. Considering this is a position with multiple responsibilities, it can be a shared position between 2 volunteers. It is a voting position on the board. The Communications Coordinator submits articles to the FH Times and distributes the flyers to the schools. Past board members will be available to assist and support new volunteers.
